Click on the "downloads" tab next to the "About" tab.

Step 2:

Downloading the latest version is the best step that you can do because every update is important.

Click on the latest version and download.

Step 3:

After download Open the file and Install it.

Step 4:

If you want to write and run a program open IDLE

That's All you are all ready for work.
